• Pre-Construction Services: if needed or wanted, our team can help facilitate budgetary and design help on the front end of your project, in conjunction with your design team or as a stand-alone. Pre-construction services can help streamline and better alight the budget and design goals BEFORE finalization of design documentation.
• Project Manager: will oversee your project schedule and budget, coordinate submittals and RFI’s, and manage subcontractors and material orders. 
• Superintendent: will manage all on-site field work, coordinating subcontractors and material deliveries, managing quality, and keeping the schedule on track. 
• Fully Staffed Office: will administer construction draws, insurance requirements, lien waiver administration and protection, project tracking and record-keeping. 
• We use the team approach to our projects, and consider communication the most important tool to a stream-lined building process.
